Sound Healing Meditation
Guided meditation and resonant singing bowls create space for deep relaxation, presence and inner connection.
About sound healing meditation
The Sound Healing Experience is an immersive journey into deep relaxation through therapeutic sound frequencies and sacred instruments. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments work together to create an atmosphere where the mind quiets, the body relaxes, and the nervous system begins to restore itself.
As the sounds gently move through the space, participants are invited into a meditative state where emotional release, stillness, and inner awareness naturally unfold. There is nothing to achieve, only an opportunity to receive and simply be present.
Designed for anyone seeking rest, restoration, or a deeper connection with themselves, this experience offers a peaceful sanctuary where sound becomes a pathway to calm, balance, and renewal.
Sessions run for 60 minutes. Bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle; mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. No experience is needed and nothing is asked of your body — you lie down, and the sound does the rest.
