What we collect
Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and anything you choose to tell us when you book, send a message or order from the Ecoshop.
How we use it
- To confirm and manage your bookings and orders
- To reply to your enquiries
- To send updates about new dates, only if you've subscribed
What we don't do
We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as needed for accounting. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days.
