Immersive Breathwork
An immersive breathwork journey supported by live sound, with space for reflection and deeper inner awareness.
About immersive breathwork
Immersive breathwork brings sustained conscious breathing together with bowls, gong and drum in a softly darkened space. The experience invites deeper awareness and may bring emotions to the surface. Your facilitator supports you throughout, with room to pause, return to natural breathing and move at your own pace.
