Two Unhurried Hours
Workshops run for around two hours in a small group, with time to settle in at the start and no rush at the end.
Our creative workshops in Dubai bring together art, touch, breath and sound to quiet the mind and awaken the senses. Through painting, clay, collage or mindful journaling, each session invites you to set aside getting it right and simply create, without judgement.
Every workshop begins gently, with breathwork and soft sound to settle the mind. From there we move into making: shaping clay, mixing colour, or simply letting the pen move across the page. There is no outcome to chase. The process itself becomes a form of active meditation, softening perfectionism and returning you to your natural curiosity.
Whether you have painted all your life or have not held a brush since school, you are equally welcome here. These workshops offer a meaningful pause, a chance to slow down and return to yourself through the simple act of making something with your hands.

A restorative workshop blending intuitive art, breathwork and sound. Release perfectionism, quiet the inner critic and rediscover your imagination. No experience needed.

An immersive workshop that bridges conscious creation with deep relaxation. Work the clay slowly with your hands and let the making become the resting. A gentle antidote to a fast paced life.

Conscious breathing paired with mindful movement helps you reconnect with your body, release tension held in the muscles and bring your attention into the present moment. Seated or lying down throughout.

A guided sound bath followed by hands on floral creation. Stillness first, then making, and you leave with a bouquet you built yourself.
Before You Come
If you have never joined one before, here is how an afternoon with us usually unfolds.
Workshops run for around two hours in a small group, with time to settle in at the start and no rush at the end.
A few minutes of breathing and soft sound to let the day settle. Then the materials come out and you work at your own pace.
All materials and aprons are here. Wear something you do not mind marking, and there is tea throughout.
Whatever you make is yours to keep, whether it turns out the way you imagined or not at all.
Nobody comments on anyone else's work, and there is no point at which you are asked to show it to the room.
