Cancellation & Refund Policy

When you book, your place is reserved and spots are limited. This policy applies to group sessions, events and workshops.

Cancelling

Booking amounts are non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking amount can be transferred to a future VAANYA Sanctuary session.

If you are unable to attend, please inform us at least 48 hours before the session.

If we cancel because of weather, safety or anything else on our side, you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer.

Private sessions follow the same 48-hour rule unless agreed otherwise in writing. Retreats booked through Ulpotha follow Ulpotha's own booking terms.
